In this tasting we'll delve deeper into the decadent and delicious world of sweet wines, focusing on both fortified and non-fortified types. Perfect with dessert or as dessert themselves, these wines will give you a greater appreciation and enjoyment of all that sweet wine has to offer. And when it's cold outside, there's nothing better to warm you up than a glass of Port! There's a great range of styles and quality levels; don't miss this tasting to discover and learn about the great variety of this underappreciated category. The wines will be:

It's been a while since we focused on the Tuscany region of central Italy - home to world-renowned Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, and more - and so it's high time for another tasting. We'll learn more about the area and explore several Sangiovese-based wines, which combine elegance, minerality, and great acidity with richness, depth, and ageworthiness, along with a delicious Super Tuscan or two. The Alsace region of France makes some of the most interesting and distinctive white wines in the world, yet they're vastly underknown and underappreciated. Generally full-bodied and often with a bit of spice, they're perfect for colder weather. For this tasting we'll start off with a sparkling rose and then taste through five single varietal wines.
